How long does the hiring process take when using your services?
As little as 3 weeks, the average is 8 weeks, some processes take up to 13 weeks. Mostly depends on the availability of interviewing with our clients. Employees as well should give 2 weeks notice

What is your fee structure?
We offer a variety of fee options. Our most common 3 are:
1. Non-Engaged Contingency Search
Tell us what you’re looking for, and we will peruse our existing network to find someone who fits your specifications. You only owe us a fee if you choose to hire someone we recommend.
2. Retained Search
For a retained engaged fee, we dedicate maximum urgency and resources to your search and ensure that no avenue is left unturned to find candidates. The high level of mutual commitment gets you a 70-80% time and support of a specialized recruiter.
3. Engaged Contingency Search
Engaged search is a middle ground between straight contingency and a retained search, so you essentially get the best of both worlds with about 50-60% of dedicated time and resources. The engaged fee allows the staff to use all search databases as the engaged fee pays for access to vast information resources.

Is there a certification or code of ethics that recruiters are bound by?
The NAPS is the governing body that providers several certifications for recruiters. There is a code of ethics to withhold these certifications for both clients and employees. Additionally, to ensure our team is following these protocols, our recruiters hold the CPC, CTS, and CERS designations through the National Association of Personnel Services.
